We are recruiting for an indoor Pig Stockperson for a farm in North Yorkshire YO7.

This role is a great opportunity to join a well-invested business alongside excellent teams across the farms.

The producer seeks a pig farm worker to work across multiple breeding and finishing sites.

You need to be flexible to cover staff holidays, sickness, etc. Plus, there is the chance of arable work during the harvest times.

It is an excellent role for those looking for variety in the workplace.

The successful applicant will ideally have 2+ years of experience in the Pig Industry.

 

Candidates’ requirements:

• Ideally, good all-around knowledge of pig husbandry
• High level of personal motivation
• Ability to work well within a team
• High levels of animal welfare and production at all times
• Able to work every other weekend

Salary: From £30,000 - £35,000 DOE, including OT

Plus:

• A Workplace Pension
• PPE and clothing provided
• Overtime

Accommodation is not available, so you need to be able to commute to YO7.
