We are recruiting an indoor Pig Stockperson for a farm in Aberdeenshire AB21.

Our client seeks to employ an experienced pig farm worker on the serving side to work alongside the team on their 1200-sow farrow to 7-kilo unit. 

The successful applicant will ideally have 2+ years of experience in the Pig Industry. The producer will consider a less experienced stockperson who would be open to training, but you must be able to serve consistently.

 

Candidates requirements:

• You must be able to serve consistently
• You must be highly motivated
• You must work well within a small team
• You must have high levels of animal welfare and production at all times
• Must be able to work every other weekend

 

Salary: £30,000 + doe

*On offer is a three-bedroom flat 1.5 miles from the unit within walking distance to shops/ schools or a three-bedroom house (no garden) 0.5 miles from the farm. You will be responsible for the relevant bills.
