Our candidate is looking for a new job in the UK, Irish or Australian pig industry.

They are a Ugandan national with experience in pigs, dairy and poultry. They are a pig stockperson intern on a pig unit in Denmark, where they have been for 18 months, covering all aspects of pig husbandry.

This individual also holds a Diploma in Animal Husbandry gained from Bukalasa Agricultural College.

They say that they are a highly motivated and adaptable agriculture worker with experience. They possess a strong passion for livestock production, especially with pigs, and seek a challenging and rewarding position as a livestock worker. They are eager to apply theoretical knowledge acquired as an intern in Denmark to real-world agriculture practices and contribute to the efficiency and sustainability of livestock operations. They possess a strong work ethic and a keen interest in learning new techniques. They have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and, above all, a passion for livestock welfare.
