They are a hardworking and dedicated Pig Farm Manager with eight years of expertise in overseeing the daily operations of pig-finishing. They are skilled in optimising production, improving animal welfare and ensuring compliance with bio securities standards. Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources and achieve production goals while maintaining high safety and efficiency standards.

Our candidate holds a bachelor's degree in agriculture with a specialisation in animal production, gained in Nigeria, and has worked as a livestock farmer and manager on UK and Nigerian farms ever since.

They seek to return to pig farming and can commute up to an hour from Coventry. They have excellent experience in finishing but want to gain more in breeding.
